Short aside — booking in person was even more terrible than usual this year. On the plus side, booking online was much, much better; in fact, I ended up booking online while waiting for two hours the queue to move any faster than 1 person\/40 minutes. Using the web tool wasn’t seamless, admittedly, since I had to split my bookings in order to get their system to accept my money; but I didn’t have to pay extra for the privilege of working around their system.<\/p>\n
